I am very happy to meet Cris and Jolene here at Herbertpur Christian Hospital. I really enjoyed shaping the plans for the Surgical Technology course which we want to start in our hospital. I thank you people a lot for sending all the appropriate teaching materials for this particular course. It is really a very good and complete guide for us. We’re trying our best to start this course because this type of trained personnel are needed for Christian peripheral set ups in India, so that the quality of service will improve and so many poor and needy people will be benefited. This way will be a good opportunity to witness our Living Lord through our service. Specially, I am requesting you all to pray for us and keep in touch and help us by giving good guidance, providing more teaching aids as well as personnel who can help us in our teaching program so that we can produce good committed professionals for mission work.

Dear Cris, Paula & Danae,

I should have written this long ago, but I think its better late than never! Though I had mentioned it to Cris, in several of the mails we had exchanged, a formal letter to Partners In Hope, to put on record our appreciation for your support, would be in order.

When my wife Usha and I joined this hospital, it was a challenge we took upon ourselves to see whether we could turn around a Christian missionary hospital that was on the verge of closing down. We knew that with the grace of God and the support of friends like you, this noble endeavor would not fail. Also, this was a good training ground for taking up bigger responsibilities in future so that our Lord Jesus' name be glorified.

Looking back we can thank God for the things that he has done, as well as for having made you all partners in the success that we have had. Your contribution was immense. First let me mention the encouragement that the nursing staff experienced. They have fond memories of having worked with Danae, and of the chance they had to update themselves as well as share their knowledge & experience with each other on obstetric nursing and midwifery.

Paula's sessions on counseling were greatly appreciated and was a great eye-opener for our staff on enhancing the personal touch with the patients and their relatives especially when it came to dealing with the loss of a baby or other loved ones.

Cris gave lessons in surgical technology, which included a review of theatre procedures and sterilization. These were an opportunity to conduct an in- house audit so that any outdated techniques and procedures were dispensed with.

Trips to the village to inculcate awareness among inhabitants were great eye- openers for not only the community but for us, as the ground- work was laid for a community health project in the future. Danae & Paula had interactive sessions with the birth-attendants, which left even the press reporters screaming for more!

While we thank all three of you special people for all the good work and encouragement, we are aware of the believing friends and supporters without whose spiritual and financial help, this may not have come about. We continue to uphold them and their families in our prayers.

May God continue to guide all of us in whatever we do. Looking forward to more of your visits in future.

Dear Partners In Hope,

We wanted to thank you for your support and encouragement by sending three guests along with the team leader, Cris.

It has been a joy to have Melissa, Ayinde, and Andrea with us.

Melissa spent many hours with our staff, Occupational Therapist, and others training them in new procedures, assessing the work here, working with the children in the school, and visiting our children and families in the villages to assist showing us new techniques.

Ayinde was a great help to us also by taking photographs and just encouraging us. Andrea also visited our school and shared her insights.

We were also very delighted that they brought gifts of toys and books. Both sets of gifts were very much appreciated as some toys, and many educational books are difficult to get here in India.

We thank you for co-partnering with us in this way.

We hope that Cris, Melissa, Ayinde, and Andrea can join us again some time for a longer period.

Dear Partners In Hope,

Cris, I had a meaningful time with you. It is encouraging for me to know that although you are from a different country and culture, you love India as your own country. I was also impressed by the wide ministry of Partners in Hope. Sharing of your personal testimony has also helped me personally in my spiritual growth.

Thank you Melissa, Ayinde, Andrew, & Cris for the patience and adjusting with us although you had difficulties. Cris I am happy for the initiative you took to purchase necessary things for the Guest Home. This act of yours shows that you are not alien to us, but you are part of the HCH Family.

We had got a good response from the Departments where you were involved. It was very meaningful, and useful in upgrading their knowledge. We would love to have you more often.

Thank you for the Medical & Surgical Supplies given to the Hospital. It's amazing how you manage to bring so many things for us. Thank you for the valuable books for our Library.

We expect you all to come back in the future. We will be missing you. We specially need your prayer support for the Hospital.

Dear Partners in Hope,

We extend our hearty thanks for your valuable support to Ministry as a whole both spiritually as well as physically. We also hope and pray that every one of you there might be doing well as we (family, children’s and Bible students) do over here, by the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

You become a channel of blessing to us. Because, through your support we could see the blessing and the miracle of Almighty God. Speaking frankly that, since last 2, 3, months, the support to our Ministry is totally cut off due to the immediate change of our address as we shift immediately without pre-knowledge, so also due to the flood problem in India (Bombay). So we were praying to God for help and as He knew that we are truly in need, though we don't share our problem with you we believe that He spoke to your heart. Thus God answered our prayer through His people like 'you'. So I'm very much indebted to God for His unceasing love and His wonderful miracle. We also thank you so much for everything that you had done for us as well as for other people who is in need. And this is our prayer that God may continuously work with you for His glory.

Greetings to you in the name of Jesus. We are very happy to have your team in Goa. We are very blessed by seeing the love of your team for us. We enjoyed a lot in your teaching. We learned many things from the lessons Christina-aunty taught us. Also the songs were very wonderful which your team members taught us. We enjoyed a lot specially playing with Jan-aunty and the crafts were very nice. We enjoyed the American food that your team prepared for us. It was really tasty and a new experience for all of us. We are so much blessed by Cris-aunty as she is bringing different groups to India who have a great heart for the Lord and for us. Julie-aunty, Jan-aunty, Christina-aunty and Cris-aunty, your love for us is amazing. We don’t want you to go away from us. We are going to miss you all.
